Do you think Flutter has simplified the development process for beginners to android?

I personally have experience only with C++, before I started learning Flutter, which was a month ago. I did learn basics of HTML/CSS/JS but never built anything with it.

I have to say, developing android apps using Flutter doesn't seem as difficult a process as you've described.

If you haven't tried Flutter give it a shot. I'd love to get your opinion on this.
